摘要要求Abstract requirements

• 篇幅：400–600 字（中文）或 300–400 词（英文），不含参考文献。
• 结构：建议包含「问题与背景 → 方法与数据 → 主要结果 → 结论与启示」四部分。
• 数据说明：涉及企业数据的投稿，请注明数据来源与可公开程度；脱敏处理不影响评审。
• 语言：中文或英文均可；中文摘要请附英文题目。
• 原创性：应为未公开发表或近 12 个月内已发表但具有显著新进展的工作。
• 关键词：3–5 个。

• Length: 400–600 Chinese characters or 300–400 English words, excluding references.
• Structure: we suggest four parts — problem and context → methods and data → main results → conclusions and implications.
• Data note: if corporate data is involved, state its source and how far it may be disclosed; anonymisation does not affect review.
• Language: Chinese or English. Chinese abstracts should carry an English title.
• Originality: unpublished work, or work published within the last 12 months that has significant new progress.
• Keywords: 3–5.

参与形式Presentation formats

1. 口头报告——15 分钟报告 + 5 分钟问答，按议题进入并行分会场。
2. 海报展示——A0 竖版，设海报快闪环节（90 秒）与优秀海报评选。
3. 专题分会场召集——自组织 90 分钟专场（3–4 位讲者 + 讨论），需提交专场说明与拟定讲者名单。
4. 圆桌对话嘉宾——参与大会圆桌，请在摘要中说明可提供的实践视角。

1. Oral presentation — 15 minutes plus 5 minutes of questions, in a parallel track room.
2. Poster — A0 portrait, with a 90-second flash-talk slot and a best-poster award.
3. Track convening — a self-organised 90-minute session (3–4 speakers plus discussion); submit a session description and proposed speaker list.
4. Roundtable panellist — join a conference roundtable; describe in your abstract the practitioner perspective you can offer.

评审与通知Review and notification

每个议题由 3 位评审独立评分，评分维度为：相关性与新意（30%）、方法与数据严谨性（35%）、 实践或政策价值（25%）、表达清晰度（10%）。评审采用双盲形式，摘要中请勿包含作者与单位信息 （系统将单独收集作者信息）。

Each track is scored independently by three reviewers on four criteria: relevance and novelty (30%), methodological and data rigour (35%), practical or policy value (25%), clarity of expression (10%). Review is double-blind, so please omit author and affiliation details from the abstract itself — the system collects them separately.

录用后After acceptance

录用作者将收到报告形式与时长确认，并需在 2027年3月12日 前完成注册缴费。 大会不出版正式论文集，摘要将收录于《大会摘要集》（电子版）；优秀投稿将被推荐至合作期刊的专刊征稿流程， 具体安排随录用通知一并告知。

Accepted authors receive confirmation of format and duration, and must complete registration and payment by 12 March 2027. No formal proceedings are published; abstracts appear in the electronic Book of Abstracts. Outstanding submissions are recommended to partner journals for special-issue consideration, and details arrive with the acceptance letter.
