会址正在厦门、广州、上海三城之间评估，2027年1月22日 定案。详见地点与交通。
The host city — Xiamen, Guangzhou or Shanghai — is announced on 22 January 2027. See Venue and travel.
现在能交摘要吗？Can I submit an abstract now?
征文通道 2026年11月10日 开放、2027年1月15日 截止。可先在征文页预填。
The portal opens 10 November 2026 and closes 15 January 2027. You can draft it on the call for papers page meanwhile.
需要付费才能报名吗？Do I pay to register?
不需要。当前为预登记，票价确认后再发缴费指引。详见报名常见问题。
No. This is pre-registration; payment guidance follows once pricing is confirmed. See the registration FAQ.
能提供邀请函办签证吗？Can you provide a visa letter?
可以。完成报名后邮件提供姓名、单位、护照号与拟停留时间，一般 5 个工作日内出具。
Yes. After registering, email your name, organisation, passport number and intended dates of stay; letters are normally issued within five working days.
可以申请费用减免吗？Can I apply for a fee waiver?
面向学生与低收入地区研究者设有有限名额，请在提交摘要或报名后邮件申请并简要说明。
A limited number are reserved for students and researchers from lower-income regions. After submitting or registering, email us with a short justification.
如何成为联合主办方？How do we become a co-organiser?
欢迎高校院系、行业协会、数据库与认证机构、产业园区共同组织。详见赞助与合作。
