报名通道现已开放预登记。票价将于会址与议程框架确认后（2027年1月22日）正式生效， 预登记参会者将优先收到缴费通知与早鸟优惠码。
Pre-registration is open now. Ticket prices take effect once the host city and programme framework are confirmed (22 January 2027); pre-registered participants receive the payment notice and early-bird code first.

Every ticket covers all plenary and track sessions across both days, conference materials, lunch and coffee breaks. The Ecosystem Night dinner is optional and must be selected during registration.

现在报名需要先付费吗？Do I pay when I register?
不需要。当前为预登记阶段，提交后你会在票价确认时收到缴费指引。早鸟优惠码会优先发给已预登记参会者。
No. This is pre-registration: you receive payment guidance once pricing is confirmed, and early-bird codes go to pre-registered participants first.
可以开发票吗？Can I get an invoice?
可以，提供增值税普通发票与专用发票。缴费时填写开票信息，会议结束后 10 个工作日内寄出电子发票。
Yes — standard and special VAT invoices. Enter your billing details at payment; the e-invoice is issued within 10 working days after the conference.
能否退票或转让？Refunds and transfers?
2027年3月20日前可全额退款，3月20日后可转让名额（需提前3个工作日告知），会前7天内不予退款。
Full refund before 20 March 2027. After that date the place may be transferred with three working days' notice. No refunds within seven days of the conference.
线上参会是否开放？Is online attendance available?
全体大会、主旨报告与闭幕式提供直播（免费注册观看）；并行分会场与工坊仅线下参与。
The plenary, keynotes and closing are streamed free with registration. Parallel track rooms and the workshop are on-site only.
需要签证邀请函怎么办？I need a visa invitation letter.
完成报名后邮件联系 lcaconf2027@ecovane.net，附姓名、单位、护照号与拟停留时间，我们一般在 5 个工作日内出具邀请函。
After registering, email lcaconf2027@ecovane.net with your name, organisation, passport number and intended dates of stay. We normally issue the letter within five working days.
团体报名的优惠如何计算？How is the group discount calculated?
同单位 5 人及以上按对应票种 8 折，可与早鸟优惠叠加。请在报名表选择「团体票」并备注人数，我们会单独联系统一开票。
Five or more delegates from one organisation get 20% off the matching ticket type, and this stacks with the early-bird rate. Choose "Group" and note the headcount — we contact you to invoice as one.
