The host city is not yet final. The committee is assessing venue capacity, industrial relevance, accessibility and cost across Xiamen, Guangzhou and Shanghai. The decision is announced on 22 January 2027, together with floor plans, room allocation, travel guidance and negotiated hotel rates.

All three cities can host a two-day conference for roughly 400–600 delegates. What differs is the industrial emphasis, how easy it is to arrive from abroad, and cost. We set out the criteria below, and will explain the trade-offs when the decision is made.

三座城市各有承接方式。广州与珠三角聚集了家电、消费电子、汽车与零部件、纺织服装、日化食品与新能源等 完整产业集群，同时是大量出口型企业与国际贸易服务机构的所在地——讨论产品碳足迹、范围三与合规压力， 在产业结构上最"就地"。
Each city carries the conference differently. Guangzhou and the Pearl River Delta hold complete industrial clusters — appliances, consumer electronics, automotive and parts, textiles and apparel, FMCG, new energy — and the exporters and trading services around them, which makes product footprints, Scope 3 and compliance pressure a local conversation rather than an imported one.

Shanghai wins on international access and conference maturity, with multinational bodies and certification schemes close by. Xiamen offers the tightest venue-to-hotel radius and the most controllable hosting cost. All three have direct or convenient connecting flights; the final choice will weigh venue availability and overall budget alongside these factors.
How to get there · 交通travel
以下为城市层面的交通概览，三座候选城市均适用。会场确认后，我们将补充从各枢纽到会场的最优路线与预计用时。
City-level guidance below, valid whichever of the three cities hosts. Once the venue is confirmed we add the best route from each hub, with expected journey times.
三座城市均有国际机场：上海浦东（PVG）与虹桥（SHA）、广州白云（CAN）、厦门高崎（XMN）。 上海与广州的国际直飞航线最多；厦门航程更短、机场至市区更快。港澳及部分国际航线亦可在香港（HKG） 转乘高铁或跨境巴士前往广州与厦门。
All three cities have international airports: Shanghai Pudong (PVG) and Hongqiao (SHA), Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN), Xiamen Gaoqi (XMN). Shanghai and Guangzhou have the most direct long-haul routes; Xiamen has shorter flights and a quicker run into town. Hong Kong (HKG) also works as a gateway, connecting to Guangzhou and Xiamen by high-speed rail or cross-border coach.
三城均在高铁网络核心位置：上海虹桥连接长三角与京津冀，广州南站连接香港西九龙、深圳、长沙、武汉等地， 厦门北站连接福州、深圳与长三角方向。建议预留出站至会场约 40–60 分钟的市内交通时间。
All three sit on the high-speed network: Shanghai Hongqiao links the Yangtze Delta and the north, Guangzhou South connects Hong Kong West Kowloon, Shenzhen, Changsha and Wuhan, and Xiamen North links Fuzhou, Shenzhen and the delta. Allow 40–60 minutes from station to venue.

All three metro systems cover the main business and hotel districts and accept transit cards and mobile QR payment. One of our venue criteria is a metro station within a ten-minute walk; the announcement will name the nearest station and exit.

After the venue is announced we recommend two or three partner hotels within a walk or one metro stop, with a negotiated rate code. If the host is Guangzhou, dates may fall near the spring trade fairs — book a refundable rate early.

April is spring across all three: mild in Shanghai, warm and humid in Guangzhou and Xiamen with occasional showers. Conference rooms are heavily air-conditioned, so bring a light layer.
